MD Wellbeing offers calm, practical mental health coaching and psycho-social support for adults and young people who want support that feels grounded, respectful, and genuinely helpful.
This is a space for people who may not be in crisis, but who feel stuck, worn down, uncertain, or ready for something to shift. The work here is focused on clarity, steadiness, and helping people move forward in ways that fit their real lives.
I’m a mental health coach and practitioner with over 5 years experience supporting adults and young people across community mental health, youth, and crisis-support settings.
I have provided 1 on 1 support to over 100 clients to navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, major life transitions, and periods where things feel unclear or overwhelming.
I grew up in regional Australia, and that grounding fundamentally shapes how I work. I’m practical, clear, and I place a lot of importance on building a shared understanding and communicating in a way that feels warm, tailored, and genuinely useful - because real change usually starts with being understood, not over-analysed.
